Is Mr. Sibson also Kanamaru Toshiba?

SDBWM2 is very sorry to his loyal readers and supporters that he has not posted recently. While SDBWM2 understands the importance of his work as guardian of the SD blogosphere, but he also has to work and take care of Mrs. SDBWM2 and the little SDBWM2s.

However, it has come upon my attention that Mr. Steve Sibson of the eponymously named Sibby Online blog might possibly also be Kanamaru Toshiba. SDBWM2 first caught wind of this possibility while reading the comments to the very fine SD War College blog.

Upon further research, SDBWM2 learned that like Mr. Sibson, Mr. Toshiba also works--or at least worked--at Toshiba.

Both share a knack for colorful though not always correctly spelled or grammatically correct postings and comments and a flair for the dramatic and the divinely inspired.

SDBWM2 doesn't know if they are indeed the same person but it does appear there is some evidence to support that theory.

Of course SDBWM2 will keep an eye on this development and report as more information becomes available

It's not unlike Talk Radio. The blogosphere is a place of alternative viewpoints which are often forcefully expressed. Some blogs, like Pat Powers' excellent Dakota War College, actually generate news. However, those blogs are few and far between.

He also adds,

Now there's an anonymous SD blog devoted exclusively to commenting on other SD blogs. Bloggers blogging on bloggers. BORING!

At least Mr. Belfrage, who is an accomplished broadcaster, recognizes that what he does on the radio on KELO-AM is similar. Get people riled up, then the callers comment on what other callers said.

Not unlike blogs, I would point out to Mr. Belfrage.

Perhaps Mr. Belfrage did not care about my predecessor, South Dakota Blog Watch 1.0, who indeed was a legend in the Wild West days of a nascent South Dakota Blogosphere.

Perhaps Mr. Belfrage will come to like SDBWM2 or at least appreciate the hard work that SDBWM2 does. In fact, Mr. Belfrage already likes SDBWM2, he just doesn't know it yet.

In the meantime, I gently chide Mr. Belfrage that perhaps this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
